1. Bank Transfer

After an order is placed, you will recieve an email with instructions and a set of virtual bank account number. This account number is specific for your order only, please complete the payment provided by the email.

2. Credit Card

We take VISA、Master、JCB. Our system connects to VISA Verify or Master SecureCode. 

Note: If the payment didn't go through, you will need to add items to cart again after half and hour. Unfortunetly, we can't process credit card twice for the same order.

3. Line Pay

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days with Taiwanese address (not including the day the payment completed).

International orders take up to 5 business days to process (not including the day the payment completed).

1. 如果刷卡失敗（不小心跳出頁面或是刷卡驗證碼輸入錯誤等），訂單狀態於半小時內會自動改訂單失敗，同筆訂單無法重複付款，麻煩請重新下單。

2. 選擇轉帳付款的消費者，於確認訂單後您將收到繳費資訊包含一組虛擬帳號，此轉帳帳號僅限一人一次使用，轉帳完成或期限到其後此帳號將會消失，請重新下單。

＊請注意：選擇ATM轉帳：訂單成立後，超過三次逾期付款因而造成訂單取消，將列黑名單(信用卡付款系統操作失敗不在此限)。

3. 訂單如有寄送資料需要更改，請與我們聯絡。

4. 訂單查詢功能：可至官網上方有訂單查詢，輸入訂購單號、認證碼即可查看。

5. 成功下訂後您會收到訂購成功的通知信，上面有訂購編號與訂購的商品資訊。請留意有沒有跑到垃圾信件。

6. 如遇到品項缺貨，恕不另外通知，我們將直接申請刷退 / 退款。 

Return Policy
Our Return policy window is 7 calender days. If 7 days have passed since you recieved your package, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and/or have original tags attached.

Sale items (if applicable):
All sale items are final sale. Only regular priced items may be refunded within 7 days from purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable) for online orders:
Returns may be made in person or by mail to 1F, No. 416, Section 1, Wenhua N Rd, Linkou District, New Taipei City. If you are mailing your return, please contact us by email to let us know you are returning your order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
